Agreement

The software package PED is provided pursuant to the following
agreement containing restrictions on its disclosure, duplication, and use.

The registered user of PED is allowed to obtain copies of the software tool
PED for non-profit use. If other people from the registered user's
organization work with the tool, he is responsible for their compliance
with this agreement. The decrypt password must kept secret.
People interested in getting the decrypt password have to contact the
provider of PED.

The software is provided "as it is" without expressed or implied warranty.
The Brandenburg Technical University at Cottbus disclaims all warranties
with regard to this software, including all implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness. In no event the Brandenburg Technical University
at Cottbus shall be liable for any special, indirect or consequential
damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or
profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action,
arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
