Description:
Input and Ouput Arcs/Places in Coarse Transitions are sometimes not displayed in the right way (->black instead of light blue). Maybe it's not only a display bug but also a bug in the file code that influence "uniqueness" of place names etc.

To copy the net in a new file or copy the whole file doesn't change anything.
