Bug description:

Snoopy crashes when node set file is loaded (siphons).

How to reproduce:

  1. load attached file into Charlie
  2. compute siphons ("siphon/trap computation -> siphon -> compute all", select "export siphons", press compute)
  3. load attached file into Snoopy
  4. load node file ("Extras -> load node set file... -> select exported file", OK)
  5. Snoopy crashes

Used Snoopy versions: Windows 7 (1.02 beta) Linux (1.03)

Used Charlie versions: Windows 7 (? should be >= b103) Linux (latest dev version > b129)

Location of the problem: The exported file looks like following

"
 minimal siphon ( place ) =
1 |19.Ligand :1,
        |20.GPCR_Ligand :1
2 |0.GPCR_Ligand :1,
        |1.GPCR :1

@

1| siphon_1| minimal siphon_1
2| siphon_2| minimal siphon_2
"

After the @-sign there are some comments on the computed siphons. After removing the comments Snoopy does not crash anymore.

Comments

fixed in next release but the comments after the @-sign are not fully correct a pipe '|' is missing at the end of the line
