Downloaded the jar, onto Windows 7 Enterprise version 6.1.7601 Build 7601, 64-bit, with Java sdk 1.7.0_04. Use run/cmd to get command line, moved to installed directory. Got error message filter_properties.xml doesnt exist!

Then git ran. Then the user interface came up, the second time I tried. Thank you for the nice programs.
