I saved a Stochastic Petri Net, drawn in Snoopy, as ANDL file.
I saved a Stochastic Petri Net, drawn in Snoopy, as ANDL file.
When I run
./marcie --net-file=/Users/dpessoa/Documents/XCI_simulation_results/SubstrateEnzyme_productFeedback.andl
I get
VectorBasedFunctionArgument::get(4294967295) >= 0 Segmentation fault: 11
Am I doing something wrong?
